4 Ways to Avoid Damaging Students

“What am I doing to these students?” Frank asked at the end of my workshop. “What if I pervert their doctrine and damage their faith?!”

Frank was great with running games. He was a master at connecting with teens. He could organize events and wasn’t afraid to strike up conversations with parents. However, when it came to leading and teaching students, he felt he was lacking.

As we talked, it became clear that his was a healthy fear. At least he was avoiding some of the worst dangers related to speaking to or leading students. I am scared of doing these as well. Here is how I think we can all avoid them.
